With a unique combination of skills I provide facilitation, trainings and consultation in a variety of clinical, business and agency settings.  Individuals, leaders and teams learn to create positive change and growth, to accelerate effectiveness and strengthen enjoyment, satisfaction and resilience.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice for over 20 years.  In my practice, I guide you through transitions, bring forth skills to create greater ease in your relationships, and gently provide space to allow for release of the pain of grief and loss.  My approach is based on meeting your needs.   

My undergraduate degree in Psychology was earned at U.C. Berkeley, and my M.S. degree in Counseling Psychology was earned at Dominican University of California.  I am also a graduate of the Executive Development for the Human Services Training Program at University of California, Berkeley, Extension.  I am a member of the Applied Improvisation Network.
